Admins, please check the correct answer for this question. Password has only been applied to lines vty 0 4 with telnet login commands. Lines vty 5 15 have login command but no password.

I think the answer should be, telent is only supported on lines 0 through 4, you have listed "a password challenge protects all virtual terminal lines" as the correct answer. How would it protect lines 5 15?

The login command without a password does protect vty lines. The login command tells the router to prompt for password but it will not accept any password - hence protected.
