The exhibit shows that RB and RD already have a BGP neighbor relationship using each other's loopback addresses, 10.10.10.2 and 10.10.10.3, respectively. So RD and RB are already successfully sourcing/identifying the session using the loopback addresses. Therefore, there is no need for the "neighbor update source loopback" command.
