I cancelled my ccna exam 2 days ago. The date of the exam is 11/20/2010. But I am really very busy... I had reschedulled the exam for many times... so I cancelled it... 
Could you tell me whether I can get a full refund? It said: 'refund: $250'. I am not sure about it, because I haven't recieved the refund...
