I've tooked the exam today and failed for couple of questions. I prepared myself from another source and they didn't implement new questions. I can confirm that every single one of these new 13 questions I had on exam. Of course there were more new ones, let's say around 5-10. I remember there were couple of new questions for IP SLA, and one big picture of three routing protocols with pretty complicated answers. So I would recommend to wait little more for more updates.

Does the new ENARSI exam contain simlets or simulations like the other exams?

We do not recommend to depend solely on any set of questions. Cisco can change or add new questions in any delivery of exam, so you should prepare from a good text book, research on topics that you are not comfortable with, do some hands-on configurations on at least virtual/simulated labs, like GNS3 or PacketTracer - only then take our online tests to check your preparation.

However, right now these questions are valid.

Right now it is updated but there is no guarantee because Cisco can change questions any time on any delivery of exam.
