  Passed ENARSI 300-410 on 5/14
Posted by: mhuynh - 05-16-2022, 07:25 PM - Forum: Exam Experience - No Replies

Hi all,
I just passed the ENARSI this past Saturday and wanted to share my experience with those of you preparing for it.  First, it took me about a month to finish the Cisco Press Office Cert Guide for CCNP Enterpise Advanced Routing ENARSI 300-410 book.  Then I spent about 2 weeks on H2P practice tests.  I did not use anything else to prepare for this exam.  Once I started making a perfect score on the each of the H2P practice test modules and random test option, I scheduled the exam.  This same method worked for me in the past for my 640-822, 640-816, 300-115 and 300-101 exams which I passed all of them on my first attempt.  I did fail 300-135 (TSHOOT) back on 2020 right before the exam was retired, but H2P did not offer any practice tests for that module.  I am not actively working with Cisco routers and switches at my job with my current position, but I am looking forward to moving back to the network team in the future so this was my reason to renew my certification before it expires in August.  I do have a CCNP lab kit that I bought from Amazon a long time ago to mess with when I have time so I don't have a much hands on experience outside of that.  I honestly thought I failed this exam.  I saw about 10-12 new questions (62 total) on the exam and it took me about 75mins to finish the exam.  For sure, I remember about 3 new drag \ drop questions, 1 sim \ lab question and the rest was multiple choice which I felt lucky on.  I think the 1 sim \ lab question I saw and totally bombed (my mind when totally blank and could not think of the commands), was regarding something like losing remote access to the routers after a new time frame policy was implemented on the environment and I think it was asking to correct it.  I think it was very close to one of the existing H2P questions, but in a sim\lab format instead of multiple choice.  I don't have my actual passing score, but below is the section analysis scores below (not cumulative).
Layer 3 Technologies - 71%
VPN Technologies - 75%
Infrastructure Security - 58%
Infrastructure Services - 87%

Thank you again H2P and good luck to everyone preparing for this exam.

  Fix Question QID:EC541
Posted by: ltarrow - 05-14-2022, 01:15 PM - Forum: CCNP ENCOR 350-401 Forum - Replies (1)

Refer to the exhibit. R2 is the neighboring router of R1. R2 receives an advertisement for network 192.168.10.50/32. Which configuration should be applied for the subnet to be advertised with the original /24 netmask?

The correct answer is:

R1(config)# interface loopback0
R1(config)# ip iospf network point-to-point

You mark the correct:
R1(config)#interface loopback0
R1(config)#ip ospf1 area 0

On OSPF loopback address normally are advertise as /32 , but some rare occasion that need to be advertise as /24 they only option is to advertise as point-to-point

thank you

  Question AR072 - Incorrect
Posted by: eduncan - 05-11-2022, 04:27 PM - Forum: CCNP ENARSI 300-410 Forum - Replies (1)

Question AR072 for ENARSI should be "PUSH and POP"

Explanation: A label edge router (LER, also known as edge LSR) is a router that operates at the edge of an MPLS network and acts as the entry and exit points for the network. LERs push an MPLS label onto an incoming packet and pop it off an outgoing packet.

Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiproto..._Switching

The question's existing explanation also supports this.

"A label edge router (LER, also known as edge SR or eLSR) is a router that operates at the edge of an MPLS network and acts as the entry and exit points for the network. LERs push an MPLS label onto an incoming packet and pop it off an outgoing packet"

having issues with the test. can admin assist ?
Posted by: timskis2 - 05-09-2022, 06:26 PM - Forum: Site News & Issues - Replies (1)

:(here is the problem on the 200-301 there is more than one incorrect answer on the testing portion. i have tried to let you know like it says on your site but, somethings are wrong with trying to post threads and with contacting the support. just a question, do you have to put in a certain amount of incorrect answers? because others like this, ( i will post below) are for sure incorrect but i am trying to get a good score to make sure i can pass the actual test. anyway here is the incorrect question / answer

28. (QID:AN136) What are two roles of the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)? (Choose two)

Your Answer: The DHCP client maintains a pool of IP addresses it can assign.
The DHCP server offers the ability to exclude specific IP addresses from a pool of IP addresses.

Correct Answer: The DHCP server offers the ability to exclude specific IP addresses from a pool of IP addresses.
The DHCP server leases client IP addresses dynamically.

I do not know why my 2 answers are incorrect because it states those answers when i google them and it brings me to the cisco pages.

This is a drag and drop question.

The correct answer is 1,0, 2, 0,3 E

What on earth does that mean? O, O, E?
How am I supposed to know what this means?

This happens on a number of the drag and drop questions.
Can you please fix these questions and supply an understandable answer?

Thanks you
