H2P Hands on Lab no 7 query |

Hi all,
Just a quick question on Lab 7 for CCNP route - why do the Eigrp routes have to be redistributed into OSPF as metric-type 1 ? there is no mention of this in the lab question and we get the exact same result if we just use the default metric of type 2 as the routes are chosen because of the AD (109) and not the cost metric!
R2(config-router)#redistribute eigrp 100 metric-type 1 subnets
! Redistribute EIGRP routes into OSPF as type 1 external routes.
thanks
Steven

CCNA/CCENT/ICND2 Changes - 9/30/2013 |

CCNA 640-802/CCENT 640-822/ICND2 640-816 exams are retiring on 9/30/2013 for general public. How2Pass Practice Tests for new CCNA/ICND1/ICND2 exams will hopefully be available till November 2013.
Practice Tests for new exams will be released as separate products. Existing members of 640-xxx products will NOT be automatically switched to new exam products. They will have to purchase them separately.
As already stated in FAQs, the remaining time on one product cannot be switched to another product.
Reason for delay
--------------------
We do not offer half-cooked material. It takes time to get sufficient inside information about new exams and then prepare questions and labs.

I passed last Friday after failing the first two tries. The last time I had tried was over a year ago. I studied very hard, but it was these practice tests that made the difference. They were right on. Interesting to note, though, was that I took the new ICND2 test, not the old one. Very few new questions. Hardly any IPv6 questions. But the test number was for the new one.

Hi All,
I passed my CCNA exam today (20/09/2013), my score is 960. I read Todd Lammle (CCNA Fast Track) and used How2pass for real exam experience.
I'll recommend How2pass (CCNA) to anybody writting CCNA exam.

This week I passed the CCNP Route 642-902 Exam. Must say that the exam was very tough and challening yet there was much satisfaction looking up and seeing the comment Congradulation You Passed on the screen. Would like to say thanks very much to the individuals that are behind the excellent material that is presented on this website and the calibour of professionalism that is protrayed with their commitment to be that best that they can be.
Will be studying now for the last exam TSHOOT then onto CCDP, CVOICE and PMP.
Thanks once again for all of the help.......
